Me, I've gone through a few different careers before settling on the one thing I've always love, baking. I've mostly taught myself the various techniques needed but am currently (January 2014) doing a course in sugarcraft to further improve my skills. I love designing and creating cakes but also enjoy doing all sorts of baking and learning new skills. I'm constantly taking my inspiration where ever I can and will continue learning and developing as much as I can.

Gary is my IT support and general computer man. He has designed this website and my orders database so that I can effectively find all the information I need very easily. He provides inspiration as to how to further develop the business and has put in many hours doing this.

This is our Mini Manley whom the business was named after. She was the inspiration for starting to learn cake decorating, I wanted to be able to make birthday cakes for her.
